cartoony hair is pretty easy actually, just define a shape at the beginning and then fill it with scribbles, i either go full curves/circles or half curves half spiked hair, the more curves you add the tighter the hair looks
semi-realistic hair are a little trickier, you need to focus more on the line where all of your hair is gonna be generated from and every line is gonna start from there and then work its way around the head and then down with gravity
